ClickAction should only call .Focus() before .Click() in InternetExplorer

Description

Using .Focus() when before clicking a button sometimes leads to exceptions being thrown in Chrome.

Calling .Focus() seems to be necessary for InternetExplorer to scroll hidden content into the view. The need of this in the current version should get investigated further.

Observed exceptions:

  • System.InvalidOperationException : unknown error: cannot focus element.

  • System.InvalidOperationException : element not interactable

Exception occurring in TreeViewControlObjectTest.TestTreeSelectNodeInHierarchyOnlyRootNodeExpanded().
