BocEnumValue no longer automaticially displays the text for the null item when rendered as DropDownList

Prior to this change, BocEnumValue automatically rendered the text in UndefinedItemText when displayed as a drop-down-list. Now, the text for the undefined item is only rendered as visible text if the ListItemStyle.DropDownListNullValueTextVisible is set to true.
