Wrong version options when releasing a hotfix version
Description
When creaing version 2.28.0-alpha.1, the options for the next version are 2.28.1-alpha.2 bzw. 2.82.1.beta.1 instead of 2.28.0-alpha.2 bzw 2.28.0-beta.1. The final option, 2.28.1, is correct.
