re-motion is dual-licensed under the LGPL/AGPL open source licences (see details below) as well as a commercial license. The definitive source regarding the open source licensing of re-motion is always the licensing information given in the re-motion source code.

re-motion Open Source Licenses

The re-motion core components:

are licensed under the GNU LGPL version 2.1 or higher.

The re-motion enterprise components are part of the NovaDesk framework that is currently being developed. NovaDesk contains

and is licensed under the GNU AGPL version 3.
