Using embel.cmd and embel.py

embel.cmd and embel.py require the same
two command line parameters:

  • the source (embellished) web project's directory path
  • the target (new template) web project's directory path

Example of how to use embel.cmd:

embel.cmd c:\PhoneBook-Embellished\PhoneBook.Web c:\PhoneBook\PhoneBook.Web

Example how to use embel.py:

embel.py c:\PhoneBook-Embellished\PhoneBook.Web c:\PhoneBook\PhoneBook.Web

Both scripts check for the two paths being identical and report an error if source and target are the same.

Both scripts assume the directory structure of a re-motion (uigen.exe-generated) application, as explained in what uigen.exe does:
