Deployment on the "S0023 laptop computer".
That computer came with
- Windows Vista 32bit
- Visual Studio 2008
- MSSQL Server 2008
- Tortoise SVN
- Development\Remotion
- Development\Prototypes
I had to do the following:
- change the keyboard settings to English (United Stated)
- Checkout the entire Remotion-Contrib
The PhoneBook example did not work, because it
is not portable (uigen.exe will be confused if
you leave it in \Development\Remotion-Contrib\... blah,
because the PhoneBook.xml points to C:\PhoneBook –
not portable, absolute paths.
Another problem is that wxegen.exe is located at
C:\PhoneBook\net...
This should be changed ASAP, but how? Do we
write a tutorial on how to move/rename the
damn PhoneBook\trunk directory?

einen Vortrag halten und dazu muss ich mir auf der MSSQL Server 2008-Installation etwas richten.
Dazu fehlen mir aber die Privilegien (und dem Radu übrigens auch). Ich kann mich an den MSSQL Server nicht einmal als ich (Windows) lokal anloggen.
Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich mit diesem Anliegen bei Dir an der richtigen Adresse bin, aber was kann man da machen?
